My Role

Head of Creative

Led the internal creative department responsible for national campaigns, sponsorships, retail, digital, experiential and broadcast creative across the Australian business.

Collaboration & attribution

Departmental work delivered with designers, writers, producers, photographers, developers, marketing stakeholders and agency partners. My role was creative and team leadership across that group.

The challenge

A crowded, highly competitive category with compliance obligations, constant deadlines and a lean internal team expected to deliver at national scale.

Design approach

Built the function around a toolkit mindset: every promotion started from a proven, on-brand system rather than a blank page. That kept quality high while the team absorbed a heavy, always-on workload.

Creative highlights

  • Built and led the in-house creative function
  • Campaign toolkit approach for repeatable, on-brand output
  • Creative spanning broadcast, digital, retail, sponsorship and experiential
  • Brand consistency held across a very high volume of work

Outcomes

Consistent, on-brand campaign creative delivered at national scale from a lean internal team.
